Product Description
Ultimate Calm Caps is a premier combination of magnesium, 5-HTP, L-Theanine and the calming herbs, a patented lemon balm, passion flower, and ashwagandha, formulated to promote natural relaxation.
Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take four (4) capsules daily, (can be taken in divided dosages), preferably with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Feeling Calm in this storm.

Lately I have been in a very stressful situation at work and also at home. I had no escape and the emotions were starting to overwhelm me. I started looking for supplements to help my body cope and decided to try this one. It started helping the first day I took it. I still have all the same stresses and the resulting emotions are still there, but instead of being overwhelmed I feel much better able to cope and respond calmly. I have been taking it for about a month now. Ultimate Calm has helped me immensely to calm myself, keep emotions from overtaking me, deal with stresses I cannot control, use my energies toward positive results, and overall cope with life.
