Baked Tilapia with Tomatoes

Ingredients:
- 4 3 oz tilapia filets
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced,
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp each cumin, turmeric, paprika, salt, and black pepper
Directions:
Arrange filets in baking dish and sprinkle seasonings and parsley evenly. Top with sliced onions and tomatoes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
