Ingredients:
- 2 cups salad greens such as romaine or mixed greens
- 1/2 cup grape or cherry tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 5-6 basil leaves, finely chopped
- 1 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Pinch black pepper
Directions:
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
