Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 apple, grated or chopped
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
- Stevia to taste
Directions:
Put yogurt in a bowl. Stir all ingredients into the yogurt and enjoy.
