Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple, grated or chopped
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
  • Stevia to taste

Directions:

Put yogurt in a bowl. Stir all ingredients into the yogurt and enjoy.
