Roasted Broccoli – Serves 6 | DINNER

Ingredients:
- 1 32 oz bag frozen broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper flake if desired
Directions:
Thaw broccoli and toss with remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
