Roasted Carrots – Serves 3 | DINNER

Ingredients:
- 6 carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Peel and slice carrots and toss with oil and salt. Spread in one layer on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
