Roasted Green Beans – Serves 4 | DINNER

Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh or frozen green means
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Directions:
Thaw green beans if using frozen. Clean and trim beans. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Roast at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
