Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms – Serves 4 | DINNER

Ingredients:
- 1 lb shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of pepper
Directions:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Toss mushroom with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in one layer on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Roast at 375 for 20 minutes, turn mushrooms, and continue roasting for 20 more minutes.
