Roasted Turnips – Serves 4 | DINNER

Ingredients:
- 1 lb turnips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dashes of black pepper
Directions:
Scrub turnips well and cut into wedges or cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper and spread in an even layer on a cookie sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
